Customer service is and has been a thing of the past for a lot of businesses. I regret even calling this place. The manager didn't even have the guts to call me back. Brian could use some training on the phone, and Brian, you're right it's not your money. It's ok, though. I did have a warranty, and Albany Chrysler handled it, and they have great customer service.God bless and get some help brian. I hope you don't talk to everyone like you did me.
