I'm afraid that I cannot rate the customer service for this dealership very high. The finance department for the finance officer that I dealt with was unscrupulous and stuck me with warranties that I did not want. That was made clear to him. But he basically smacked them in to the contract during signature. It was about to cost me over $4000 extra for the truck I purchased. Well, at this moment, and I am going to have to give a negative rating to Five Start Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. I hope to be able to re-rate them later with a more positive rating. My wife and I came to FS on Saturday, December 12 after we saw a Toyota Tacoma posted online on the website at a certain price we thought was a very fair. Service department wouldn't honor their own coupon for an oil change. I explained to them (Mike) that I had printed off the coupon from THEIR site before leaving my house to get the oil change that was scheduled ahead of time. The wait times are between 2 and 5 hours (best and worst waits) and the customer service is mediocre. But, not honoring the coupon because they want to bring even more money in is ridiculous.
