I'm afraid that I cannot rate the customer service for this dealership very high. The finance department for the finance officer that I dealt with was unscrupulous and stuck me with warranties that I did not want. That was made clear to him. But he basically smacked them in to the contract during signature. It was about to cost me over $4000 extra for the truck I purchased. Well, at this moment, and I am going to have to give a negative rating to Five Start Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. I hope to be able to re-rate them later with a more positive rating. My wife and I came to FS on Saturday, December 12 after we saw a Toyota Tacoma posted online on the website at a certain price we thought was a very fair. Five Star dealerships charge 190.00 an hour for labor cost. The Jeep dealership in ***************************************** charge 115.00 hour for labor. My warranty Company agreed to pay 120 hour for labor cost but I was told by Five Star that I still owed 1200 hundred dollars because the labor cost for Five Star is 190.00 hour. Five Star must be embarrassed about charging 190.00 an hour they do not disclose the charge of 190.00 hour for labor until my engine was tore down leaving me helpless to move my Jeep to some other ... read more

Due to the current Covid-19 situation, my husband and I have been shopping online for a new truck. We found the perfect one on June 1st so I called and spoke with Alli. We set up the appointment for the next morning but I wanted some pictures of the inside of the truck. Alli and April assigned us to a salesman, Josean P, who was wonderful. Bought and paid for vehicle Nov***,2019. Still have no title or tag as of Feb.6,2020. They had no title when I purchased vehicle. This is not legal. They stated had misplaced it. Titles must be always locked up. They did not apply for my title until Dec. ** 2019 when I called about it. The paper work was incorrectly filled out and title sent to previous owner. Service department wouldn't honor their own coupon for an oil change. I explained to them (Mike) that I had printed off the coupon from THEIR site before leaving my house to get the oil change that was scheduled ahead of time. The wait times are between 2 and 5 hours (best and worst waits) and the customer service is mediocre. But, not honoring the coupon because they want to bring even more money in is ridiculous. Military brothers, avoid this place like the plague! In December of 2016 I took my truck into 5 star C/J/R of Warner robins for recall work based on their call to me the customer. Two weeks before their call I was notified I was Deploying to Afghanistan in early January. I wasn't sure exactly what they had to do, but I knew they were updating the OBD.
