Special thank you to Chloe and her team. My jeep ended up getting towed to the dealership right before closing. I notified her of the issues I was experiencing right before she got off and she stayed and worked with me to schedule out an appointment the following day to get the issue for my vehicle resolved. Worst place ever for servicing. Told there wouldn’t be a diagnostic fee only to be charged one when I picked up my vehicle. After 5 years of servicing my car her, I’m done. They can’t let go of a service fee for picking up my car for the day.
The service department is very unprofessional and misleading they had my vehicle for 3 weeks $1800 in repairs and not only did they not fix the issue I have more severe issues i dealt with micheal and the new director with all the tattoos he was very disrespectful and unprofessional and refused to help in any way I took my vehicle to precision auto and they fixed it in one day for $1000 less
These guys will sneak in some very shady fees on you when buying a vehicle. Go somewhere else. This is no longer five star.
