I should of listen to the 3 repairs shops who told me not to bring my truck here. My husband's truck been sitting since dropped off late Wednesday due to code reader saying we needed glow plugs and 02 sensors and we were hoping they can fix it. I struggle to give this dealer service department even a one star. The service team took advantage of my daughter who is a college student there in Macon. She had a brake dragging which turned into: replacing pads / rotors / cylinder / alignment / battery change??????? The reason she took her car there in the first place is that she has a 2018 jeep, so used the OEM dealer. A comparison job completed per axle at other location was less than half the cost. By far the worst dealership in Macon ga. They sold me a car that they knew wasnt good. The motor went on less than a month with only 52k miles on it. They told me that id have to trade it in so i was fine with that. When i arrived at the dealership to complete the paperwork i was showed two cars. I was told i would be able to get the one i selected today april 23, 2025. That wasnt the case. I got a call saying i couldnt trade it in because id have to wait 6 months. I am just going to state the facts. The situation speaks for itself. I purchased a '21 Ford on 2/09/25 that I was told to only have a single, minor interior cosmetic issue. The GM scheduled my time to come test drive the vehicle.The sunroof headliner and inside passenger door handle were broken when I got there. Both are safety issues.
