Extremely disappointed in this dealership. We drove 2 hours to look at a vehicle (with an appointment) to have someone else buy it out from under us while we were there. It’s very frustrating that we were on time and were gonna have to wait for it to get back from someone else test driving it. Then was told by the salesman if we signed for it before the people got back from their test drive that it was ours. We signed. It wasn’t ours. They always do a great job in a timely manner.They were incredibly helpful and apologetic when we encountered a problem with my car after having work done and immediately jumped in to help and ease my worries about having to get something replaced, thankfully it was under warranty. Went unsure what to do with my current vehicle. Went and saw Roseme because I’ve used him in the past. He helped solve the issue. He’s an amazing salesman and he becomes like family. Five Star will always have my business, this is the 3rd vehicle I’ve gotten from them and never no issues with service. Everyone is pleasant and acknowledges you in their passing by. Great Place!!
