I had a very disappointing experience at Five Star Chevrolet in Florence, SC. My salesperson was Bryce and the finance manager was Justin. I was told the vehicle I purchased had been properly serviced and was “ready to go.” Within a short time, I discovered problems with parts that should never fail under 50,000 miles. These are components rated to last much longer, which makes it clear the vehicle was either not serviced as promised or its condition was misrepresented at the time of sale.
