John, I have emailed you twice and you have my cell number as your people have texted and called me twice. 5Star as a slick media campaign and not sure you even look at these reviews. Had a water pump die on the way to the beach in Florence. Called dealership and they took me right in. Great service getting me in and out but got hit with a $2300 bill. Three other service centers says it should have been $1500. Insurance only allowed $1100 saying I was over charged on everything. $1500 labor for two hours of work!! AVOID THES... read more
