*FIVE STARS* Our carpets were embarrassing to the point of "(Eeew) should we just replace them?" Bert performed miracles, and now we have to keep them, lol. He arrived on time, was polite, efficient, and very kindly looked through the residual goop for me in hopes of finding an earring that I lost. Not only that, the price was very reasonable. Thanks!!
