Five Star was referred to me by a friend. I had several small spots that i wanted cleaned up for a dinner party on Wednesday. Their appt on Monday was cancelled at the last minute to Tuesday. The son and his cousin came and sprayed the spots before the cleaning. They said it would dry in about 3 hours. Wednesday came and the carpet was still wet and also pooling by my hall tile and back door jamb leaving big, stains.
