We had our carpets cleaned, along with having the grout in our tile floors taken care of, which hadn’t been touched since they were first put in. The grout now looks completely refreshed, just like new! The prices were very reasonable, so we also chose to have our bathroom tile and stone counters cleaned and sealed. Very disappointed with this company. They were supposed to come on Friday to clean my carpet — they never showed up. I called, and they told me we needed to reschedule. We rescheduled for today, and again, no one came and no one called. Completely unreliable and unprofessional. I wasted two days waiting for them. Definitely would not recommend.
We have a beautiful and valuable silk Isfahan rug, about 7x10, that our dog had unfortunately stained in several spots. We tried getting it professionally cleaned a few times, but the other companies only made things worse by causing some of the colors to bleed into the white background. Donovan and Jordan arrived right on time and were both very friendly and professional. Donovan explained the carpet cleaning process to me before starting, and they got to work quickly.
