This is the second time I’ve had my carpets cleaned, and I have to say, they did an amazing job. The team was very professional and careful, removing every stain without leaving my carpets wet or soggy. Donovan came out to my place in Hopkinton and really knew what he was doing—even with four stories, he managed to get all his equipment set up easily. I called Five Star Carpet Service to set up a carpet cleaning appointment, and they were able to fit me in the very next day. Tristan and Clinton did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. With three young children at home, I really appreciated how patient and friendly they were, even with the kids around. They talked with us, were polite, and the price was better than other carpet cleaning services in Hopkinton. I’ve used other carpet cleaning services before, but Five Star Carpet Service did the best job by far. Scheduling was simple, and I could easily track when the technician would arrive. The service was very friendly, professional, and they paid attention to all the details. My carpets in Hopkinton look spotless now, and there were no pushy sales at all.
