This was one of the best experiences buying a vehicle. With my super busy schedule i was limited on getting out and looking at the truck they had on their lot. I made a phone call and spoke with Howard about the truck. He was very thorough and open to all questions. Maria called me the next day and we started the process. Works with a predatory lender called Westlake Financial and Five Star's finance woman helps them lock you into contracts with hidden stipulations (in my case they tricked me into having to pay an extra $2000 on my loan when they knew I was without a working car and about to lose my job). If you want a dealership you can trust, I wouldn't use this one.
