Great attention to detail. They’ve inspected all of my investment properties as well as my home, before and after purchasing for additional insurance deductions. Pete has personally handled my communications with electricians, roofers, and other repair men on several occasions to assure the job is done properly, the first time! I can’t find that kind of customer care anywhere else.
