They go above and beyond!!!! We had a keurig in our unit and we thought it was going to be a coffee pot from the info they sent beforehand. They delivered a brand new coffee pot the next morning. The unit was the cleanest we’ve ever been to. We had a light out when we got here and the maintenance man was here in 20 minutes. Best communication of a host I’ve ever had as well. And we travel a ton! So impressed. Everything has been just as pictured!
Absolutely the best place we have ever rented at the beach. Phenomenal space with sooo much room we literally didn’t know how to enjoy it all. Very comfortable bedding. Nice comfortable patio furniture. Beautifully decorated and we especially loved the 2 dining tables and the 2 separate A/C controls. Everyone was so comfortable and we had everything we possibly needed. Will definitely stay here again.
I’d give this negative stars if I could. They did not let us check in early after asking multiple times knowing we’d arrive early. Booked this 7 months in advance and even gave the heads up 7 months in advanced. When we got there the woman gave me the door code and I had thought that we’d be able to check in early since she gave it to me. She did not clarify and was very rude when I asked why we couldn’t check in early. We loved our rental. It could use a blanket/throw for the living room or one packaged with towels for sure. Frig bottom drawer didn’t want to allow frog to close. We took it off and left it per rental company. Everything was so so clean that we couldn’t believe it was a rental. Outside patio furniture will need an upgrade as one chair has many places unraveling but it’s normal wear and tear. We loved it though! 10/10. We have stayed with them two straight years. This past year we had an issue and Montana was more than accommodating, even after hours. She followed up the next day to make sure everything was squared away. We will continue to stay with Five Star Properties | Bliss Beach Rentals.
