We had replaced our shower 4 years ago with the other claiming "contractor" and had tons of issues like leaking around the grout and bad smell, and so on. We used this company to replace the problematic shower, and turned out great! It took one and half day to replace the shower and a couple of weeks later door in installed. Project was completed timely and efficiently. Quality materials and quality service by professionals. The walk in shower makes my bathroom look bigger and the shower feels so much more spacious. We have had the shower for a month and the only negative I can come up with is the splash back from beneath the shower door. I'm unsure if anything can be done about this leaving a puddle on my floor. It's an inconvenience, though easy cleanup.
We were so impressed with the whole Five Star bathsolutions process! From our first consultation with Andy White to the measuring guy, Brian Lehrer, to the guys who came to install it. We love our new shower and couldn’t be more pleased!!!
