Wonderful service and work. These guys were awesome!!!!
I was happy with final product. However, there were bumps in the road that made me understand how bath installers are setup which allows for communication issues. Soon after signing contract a representative of the company came out to take measurements. Didn't stay long said he had all he needed and left. I am guessing this individual worked for Five Star Bath Solutions? When installer came out six weeks later he told me measurements were off so he had to move the P-Trap which meant removal of concrete - see pictures. The in... read more
