We contacted several different companies regarding a tub to shower conversion. 5 star bath solutions stood out by their outstanding customer reviews. After setting our appointment and explaining our wants and needs, representative Diane came out and explained their process. Their staff showed up on time and did a fantastic job in less than 8 hours. They installed the shower after removing the bath tub and installed a new floor. I was completely sastified and will recommend them to anyone need a bathroom renovation.
You came and explained everything, made a plan and when the materials came in the tear out took hours and the rebuild was fast. The delay in getting the glass cut only took a week and the install only took hours. everything wrnt smoothly and as planned. the only problems were the glass door not giving enough room for an easy entrance to the shower but it was not wrong it was an unforseen problem in the plan which fixed the day after reported.
Five Star did an amazing job transforming our guest bathroom from dated to a beautiful walk in shower. The experience was exceptional from initial estimate to completion. The estimate and design process were efficient and definitely not high pressure. The installation crew arrived on time and kept us informed at each step while taking care to protect flooring and walls as they transported materials. The entire process completely met our expectations.
Five Star Bath Solutions of Georgetown truly is 5 Stars! From Mark in Sales who came to show me their products and helped me price a solution that I love, to Eric who scheduled me in and was able to complete my shower early, to Ray and team who performed a beautiful installation and were friendly and professional, I had just a wonderful experience with Five Star Bath Solutions of Georgetown. I VERY HIGHLY recommend them! They will treat you right!
