Just picked up our vehicle from Five Star. Can't say enough good things about them, but I'll mention a few. What a pain-free experience it was. We dropped the car off, went on vacation for ten days, and came back to a perfectly repaired, shiny car. They even threw in a little buff out of a previous scratch unrelated to the accident. If you didn't know it was there, you might not even notice it! They took care of everything and dealt directly with the insurance company. My Daughter wrecked her car there and I living 3 hrs away was no help . Did a brief web search and found 5 Star , wow what a great find it was . This shop treated us like family and was 100 percent perfect at taking care of us . The insurance missed the estimate by a bunch but 5 Star staff did it right which made the car a total loss as it actually was . If there's a need , this place is thee only Shop to consider for making the best of a bad event . Thanks Thanks Thanks !!!

I’m thoroughly impressed by the knowledge and consistency that the owner, Eric, had in regards to my seemingly impossible issues. He really went above and beyond to insure my satisfaction was met and to make sure our family was back in a safe vehicle after our accident. Thank you for everything Eric!
