received wrong airbag and didn't received full refund
RecommendedThis place is amazing!! They have helped and sold me all correct needed parts for jobs from rebuilds to insurance work. We have 2 shops and always call 5 star with weird questions and they really do have ALL the answers. No happy with customer service
Great servive and fast turnaround on module resetting and seatbelt repair.
5Star lives up to their name! I've used other SRS module reset companies and 5Star is much more knowledgeable and has the best customer service. Chris and Steve have always been able to answer my questions and provide great technical support.
Airbag was ordered by phone. Sales person said "its condition is excellent". Receipt says "has minor scratches". In reality it has major scratches and dents. Called them and asked to return the airbag. They said OK but didn't want to provide me with a return shipping tag and asked to send it for own cost.
