The five Book creamery is a great place with an awesome owner, very knowledgeable and experienced cheese maker
The website says if you are local you can buy cheese and go to the farm to pick it up to not pay shipping. I sent a message to them saying what I wanted to buy and got a message back saying my message was being sent to the husband who would coordinate a time to come pick up the cheese. A week went by with no response so I sent another message and then just got ghosted. It has been weeks with no response.
