The website says if you are local you can buy cheese and go to the farm to pick it up to not pay shipping. I sent a message to them saying what I wanted to buy and got a message back saying my message was being sent to the husband who would coordinate a time to come pick up the cheese. A week went by with no response so I sent another message and then just got ghosted. It has been weeks with no response. Bought some cheese ar the Bluebery Festival in Ellenville this past weekend. I was not sold the cheese I asked for, I was sold cheddar. And it was moldy.
