We bought a brand new pontoon from Scott last year at the Five Span Marina, and we are so happy we did. He's amazing! He's available when we need something and so caring to make sure we are always satisfied. We had a fuel line break a few weeks ago while we were out on the river. We called him up and he was there before we even got pulled to the dock! Had us back and running in no time! Great guy! Highly recommend this place!
Being a new boat owner in the last 30 days and a horrible experience with the first boat we found Five Span Marina by Googling it. From the first minute we spoke with Scott we were completely impressed. He definitely is all about Customer Service. We purchased another boat from him and he went above and beyond cleaning and fixing everything from the lights battery water pump. He even delivered the boat to us. Dealing with Five Span Marina for years, Scott is great to work with has great service.
I had a merc 90 4 stroke catch on fire older carb unit long story short insurance ripped me off and only paid $2000 cost to replace with new was $15000 scott went over and way way beyond the call of duty to get me back on the water with a new motor at the end of season with very few motors left in area. his price blew everybody else off the map. his service was fantastic cant say thank you enough. You wont find a more honest straight shooting marina anywhere that truely cares about customer service. 🤩

Ive got an 88 glasstream boat. Got it in May 2017. If you ask anyone at Flat Rock/Blockberger campgrounds that know about my boat, its been nothing but problems, breaking down, pulled back in, wouldnt run. Took it to another marina and after 3 times and $1800 later, i tried Scott at 5 span. He not only fixed my boat running awesome, he found a bad water pump! And his prices were great too!! We ran our boat all weekend and it ran tops!! Thanks Scott!!!
Scott is a class act couldn’t ask for a better place to do business we will definitely be back when it’s time for a new pontoon or to have work done
