Jim Jernigan of Five Sixes Taxi in Key West is a wonderful tour guide. While we were there, he took us to all the local favorites and explained the history of Key West and the Florida Keys. We will definitely request his cab next time we are there. Very pleasant and humerous. Knows everyone on the Island and provided a safe and enjoyable experience for us. Thank you, Jim!
Called 3 times, watched about ten empty taxis go by. Called and the woman that answered was super rude. Will never use their service again!
Dispatch needs to learn to give better pick up instructions to their drivers! Had to call twice. 30+ minute wait. Kicker-all the cab companies are a monopoly... different number, same rude dispatcher.
I wanted to take a moment to recognize a few of your drivers who are FANTASTIC! We celebrated my 50th birthday during Fantasy Fest with a large group who were all staying at the MTV Real World House. We contacted Oly (who was recommended by a friend) prior to our arrival and I can't begin to thank him for everything he did to make our transportation smooth and easy. I just had the worst taxi ride of my life! In the 28 years I have been riding in cabs, this was the worst experience I could have had! I lived all over the world and had better customer service on the back of a moped in India with 4 other people on it!
