Cab #30 you suck! You pulled just a few feet past the crosswalk on Duval to load passangers and held up traffic on Caroline as well as Duval since no one could move through the intersection. If she had just pulled forward 10 feet there was space in front of a loading zone she could have pulled into and not caused a 20 car traffic jam! The cabs get worse & nothing gets done.
Rude over the phone, the dispatchers are prone to hang up on you at a moments notice. There is no question that Uber will eventually eradicate this business.
It would be great if when driving around this town I didn't see your taxi drivers throwing cigarette butts out their window. (2 different cabs today) If your drivers can't respect this pretty island we live on, then we don't need to respect your company either. Feels like the most obvious policy to tell your drivers.

Visiting key west with a large group for the holiday and we had the pleasure of getting a ride to and from Duval street with Jim Jernigan last night. He made our experience all the better with helpful recommendations including a pit stop to get us coffee on the way down. Stand up guy who makes the drive enjoyable. Thanks Jim!

My taxi driver Jim was very professional, courteous and helpful! After a great night of partying in key west, he took my friends and I home and assisted us to the door to make sure we were all safe! Couldn't of asked for a better driver!!!
