This is my second time coming & I just have to say the service both times have been outstanding! When you walk in you’re always greeted with a smile and everyone is super kind. The prices of their services are extremely reasonable. Coming early is nice because you can get a water, coffee or hot chocolate and relax or staying after your service and relax as well. My husband and I have been visiting this place for a while now for massage therapy and physiotherapy needs. It's clean, spacious and with an aesthetic interior decoration. The staff at the front desk are friendly and super helpful. I'd highly recommend Krystle Robinson for RMT massage therapy although you would need to go with some time at your hands. First time visiting this Spa, getting the appointment was relatively easy, I just went online and booked. They sent periodic reminders which was awesome, especially for someone who may have a busy calendar. Upon arriving the staff were pretty courteous, my therapist was on time which was excellent. This place goes above & beyond! I had a full body scrub & then a diabetic pedicure, first time of hearing of such a thing! It was absolutely wonderful, I felt sooo pampered….sitting by the fire with a freshly brewed coffee on a Sunday! Absolutely refreshing from a long work week, I feel I can take on the world! This will be my go to place from now on! The staff & owner are absolutely welcoming from the moment I walked in!!
