Rude as heck admin named Amber. Acted as if business is so great she had zero interest in “just renting to anyone. [I] should reconsider and buy or, well two other places close by.” Renters (and buyers) beware of this place!
My kids found drug paraphernalia on the playground and by the basketball court. Our dogs were constantly threatened by kids in the park. The office or maintenance never fixed the damage that was done in the trailer..The whole two years we were there I had to keep asking. Office people are very rude and lazy. It's not friendly for little kids or animals. Maintenance is lazy and doesn't do their properly. It doesn't take two weeks to build one cabinet door. Wouldn't recommend that place to anyone.
Actively harassed a pregnant women with a 1 year old to move her car off the street even though she was parked there for a minute to drop off stuff for her mother not only did they harass her they also made up accusations and threatened us over things that weren’t related to us. The red headed office lady also had no reason to be screaming at us either from the car if she needed to say something she should have spoke with the owner of the trailer I do not recommend this trailer park at all, all they do is harass and fine peo... read more
Average trailer court. Kids all over the place including the streets. Nice playground area though. Needs some serious grounds maintenance!
