Absolutely the worst, never rent from these people, they lie about payments, tell you something is included in lot rent them charge monthly within months, will charge you for a piece of paper that blows in your yard, their 'newer mobile homes" are cheaply made and quickly break down or leak and cause mold while you pay $12-1300 a month, then do a terrible job "fixing" anything. They also like to evict people for no reason if they ask for something to be fixed and don't do so. They've always been a terrible company that don't... read more
