I was sent to the emergency room for irregular heart beat and told to follow up with my doctor. When I called I was told they couldn't get me in for 4 weeks. Was told to call back in the morning to see if there were any same day appointments available. I did call in the morning with no help. Shame on you for no help. Call center representative was rude and didn't care. Time to look for a new doctor. Sad because I like the doctor I see there but I am having heart problems and need to be seen soon as possible. Absolutely love this office! My son's doctor is the sweetest most gentle woman and she is always happy to discuss any of our concerns. Every question is answered with confidence and informative. Highly recommend!
I just want to send out a word of warning to any parent considering this as your childs doctor. I have 6 kids, all are completly healthy, do to my being late today they would not see my daughter EVER!! Although i still had 5 other kids that were being seen by them, they still would not work with us but instead behaved completly irrisponsible by punishing my child! Please consider another doctor!
