I work for Dave. I was a deputy sheriff in Texas from 1983 to 2000. We then relocated to Carbondale, IL. I've been working for Dave for 2 years and I have enjoyed every minute of it. He has put together an excellent team, and he assigns us to our strengths and our preferences when he assigns work details. The staff doesn't try to fake knowledge or push you to a more expensive purchase for the sake of it. They will tell you what they know, and if they don't know something (which I haven't seen) they find out. They talk with you, not at you, and help make the best purchase for your needs, and remain polite and professional while doing so.
Knowledgeable staff, great service without being pushy. Took me 6 months to choose parts for a system and they had no problem with that. Love the new setup.
