Rented 149 Grosvenor Loop FL, was mortified by this experience. I can’t believe it just kept getting worse and worse. It was so filthy and the place is falling apart. The kitchen cabinets and blinds were disgusting. No washable coffee filter or coffee filters to use coffee pot. Pool sticks all had no tips, foose ball table was broke. The pool deck in the back was dirty, pool had black ring around it inside that you could rub off with your finger.
