518 did a complicated removal of a Jacuzzi and its replacement with a walk-in shower in our bathroom. It required finding complementary tile to that already covering the floor and walls. They shepherded us through the interface with our condo board and the tile company, turned up when they said they would, always had cheerful and competent workmen on hand, and, after the job was complete, came around three times to check out little things that needed following up. When the process was totally done, we were totally satisfied.
I reached out to 518 in a state of desperation - we needed to move my aging father into our home and, to do that, I needed to make extensive changes to the layout and set up of our space. The team created an amazing space for my father that is safe, accessible, and comfortable - we added a new full bath, completely redid the flooring, upgraded the staircases and more to make a suite/apartment out of a semi-finished basement. I recently did a kitchen and bathroom remodel. My kitchen and bathroom both exceeded my expectation. Matt and his team were very professional and quick to respond to all my questions.
