Bought a new windlass from their website , installed, it never worked quite right. It wouldn't grab rope most of the time and anchor would twist causing it not bind with the chain. Finally, after using it maybe 3 times over a course of just 3 years, it froze up. Motor seized I guess. I emailed asking what could be done since it's out of warranty (despite being only used 3 times) and they offered me an open box one at 20% off which is their typical coupon codes back when I got mine.
