I needed to find s new nail home and five nail & Spa was accommodating from my first visit. Michelle is awesome and has gotten me right since the beginning. Everyone is always friendly and professional. I love the fact they pay attention to their customers names and preferences on each visit. I am very pleased .This is my new nail HOME.
Today was my first time, and I was very impressed with the service I received. Mrs Annie took very good care of me. I'm glad I chose going here. I'll be back to Annie in 3wks. This is the best nail salon I've been to in Greensboro. The atmosphere is relaxing.
Michelle was very kind and humble. My pedicure was very relaxing. Pricing very fair! I will be back!!
One word… MICHELLE! Ask for Michelle!! She’s awesome. I’ve been a loyal customer for some time ever since Linda and Tommy were at the establishment. Recently, I visited the nail shop another nail tech assisted me and provided SNS. I wasn’t satisfied at all. Call it intuition but Michelle reached out and wanted to make things right! It’s like she read my mind. If that’s not great customer service I don’t know what is. If you’ll like a nice welcoming environment where women can unwind and relax go to five nails!
