I am very impressed! I was able to get a same day visit for my dog who is a new patient. The staff is very friendly. Dr. Mina is very personable and sincere. I was also seen right at my appointment time and done within 30 mins. I am happy to have them as a new vet home for my doggy.
It is just wonderful to find a vet practice like Five Mile Animal Hospital. They are super friendly, pet focused and make a point to go over any and all fees before you make a plan for care. We can't recommend them enough!
My cat was acting weird (lethargic, not eating), but I have recently moved and do not have an established vet. Called Five Mile Animal Hospital and they were able to fit me in the the next day. By that time, my cat was more at her baseline, but it was time to check her labs (she has hyperthyroidism) so we went. Everyone was so friendly and upfront about all pricing! I have been going there for over 30 years when the place first opened for all my pets but now they have the nerve to tell me I have to make a over the phone deposit for appointment. Mind you I have paid in full every time I have ever went there. I am beyond pissed gues I will find somewhere else. Thanks alot
