I really like the veterinarian… he’s great! There’s also a girl in the back who is wonderful. Unfortunately, there’s one girl who answers the phone whose stale personality and lack of professionalism, especially when speaking about customers’ dogs, is often the first impression you get. It’s disappointing because otherwise, I’ve had a very positive experience.
