I enrolled in the program 9/23/22, I only wanted to enroll one debt but the "sales" person encouraged me that all my debts needed to be enrolled for the best possible outcome. I have not missed one payment and was instructed to stop paying on my accounts. On 9/24/2022 I received an email stating that of my accounts they would be working on. The balance was $288 now it’s almost double that as this account has never been settled.
