If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. A rock star team of incredibly kind, funny, empathetic human beings. Truly the best medical experience I've ever had -- I felt genuinely cared for by the staff, even during something as routine as a follow up appointment. The environment there is totally non-judgmental and friendly. If you're nervous at all about doing any kind of preventive care/testing/just doing anything related to your sexual health, please go to Five Horizons and you'll be given first class care. 9:30 a.m. and supposed to be open at 8:30 and they are not open. No one is here. Place looks totally empty
The office staff and nurses are all extremely helpful and polite. Jimmy does a very good job with helping to educate and inform patients about things that could affect them. The new office is also very nice looking and has a comfortable and calming atmosphere. Highly recommend them for their STI/HIV testing services and also very good place to get PrEP from.
