RecommendedWe found out that the Five Hooks Seafood truck was in our town of Maple Valley Thursday night. I was told the food was great but needed to try it for myself. Wow Wow Wow❗ Chef Paul does fish and chips the right way. The dish was full of flavor. Not greasy at all and it was soo fresh. I also had the Colombia river steelhead and it was cooked perfectly. Had a great to-go dinner at Five Hooks. The attention to cleanliness during this national emergency is second to none. Not to mention the food is delicious and our to-go order was ready exactly when it was stated to be. As for dine-in: we always enjoy the specials and always find the food delicious and the atmosphere great: it’s a nice casual fish and seafood restaurant.

Such a friendly spot with fresh, fresh, fresh seafood. We had the bottomless chowder and yes, bottomless shrimp and fries. All of it was delicious. I’ll be back!

I've always loved going in for All-you-can-eat Fridays but this last Friday was disappointing. I'm hoping it's not a new normal for them. The food was fresh but bland. Slaw had no taste, fish wasn't seasoned well, and fries weren't crispy. All of our sodas were flat as well. We will wait a bit before returning.
Lovely outdoor dining spot!
Excellent flavors... my favorite is the Seared Ahi sandwich, but the BBQ's Oysters, Crispy Prawns and fries are also must haves! It's like a best kept secret kind of place.
