Poor customer service. No one assisted me when I came in everyone just ignored me while looking at me eventually I had to grab someone and ask for my order they said next time to get someone's attention and ask for my order because apparently addressing customers doesn't happen anymore. Five guys must have not service trains and accept rude behavior. So bad they must work at it. Burgers are Great!
The cook and one of the other employees started rolling his eyes when we walked through the door. I left immediately. I understand being ready to go home but you should still be polite. Even saying I’m sorry we’re about to close would have sufficed.
