wife & I were going to try them again (it’s been over 1 year) because of the bad attitude & bad service we never went back, but after reading the latest review posted just a few hours ago, we decided that the same issues were still front & center
What are the worst experiences. Pay for regular fry and they might as well have given me a small. Nothing but attitude and problems throughout the entire experience. Continuously issues at this location. Not to mention, they got rid of the containers with the ketchup. So now you have little tiny packets. Honestly it's ridiculous and the people who are running it are clowns.
The food was amazing the fries are great the staff showed great hospitality & the manager on shift was very helpful & polite. This restaurant is very clean oh i forgot the milkshakes is my favorite you have to grab a milkshake. I don’t usually use public restrooms but they bathroom is immaculate 🤩
I called in and initially spoke with a man who stated he was the manager. I explained the issue with my order, but instead of handling it, he placed me on hold and transferred me to a woman named “Adobe,” who also claimed she was a manager. When she got on the line, her greeting was unprofessional as she immediately asked, “What’s the issue?” in a rude tone.
