At one time my wife and I and our dog came here most weekends as the only restaurant in Fayette County we would eat at. We stop coming here due to a change in the atmosphere, incorrect orders, attitude and this evening I stopped just to see if things improved but it seems like the attitude is worse. We will be using the grill at home from now on instead of dealing with substandard service.
We had a great experience at this five guys, probably one of the best and our kids really like five guys so we've been to five guys a lot! Friendly and helpful and clearly called out that we had an allergy order which is a really good sign of quality and peace of mind for our kids with allergies. I went back inside to get ketchup and the person at the grill asked if there was anything they could help me find. A simple question but it was very appreciated that he went out of his way to be friendly and helpful!
The cashier is VERY friendly and helpful
It's quite expensive (14.00 for a Bacon Double Cheeseburger), but it's one of the best burgers that I've had...ever. Burger was really fresh, juicy and you can tell that the quality is better than other similar chains. I'm definitely going to buy another soon.
