Drove out of my way to get Five Guys and ordered a large fries. We all know their portions are usually big and generous, so I didn’t mind the extra drive. Let me tell you… for 7 bucks, I barely got any. The cup wasn’t even full. The fries tasted fine, but I honestly felt totally ripped off. Whats going on!! Wish I would've checked the order at the store and not when I got home.
So disappointing. $5 for hardly any fries. I am a lifelong customer of Five Guys. I grew up in Virginia and went here often with my family. We loved this franchise because of their delicious, high-quality burgers, and their HEFTY portions of fries. I ordered a burger and a small fry to share with my toddler tonight. I’m writing to report an issue I experienced on Saturday night at your Taylorville, Utah location. According to the posted business hours, the store should have been open later. However, when I arrived around 9:30 PM, the location was already closed. I made the trip specifically based on the listed hours, so this was frustrating and a waste of time.
