I called Five Guys on behalf of my dad because his order was completely wrong. He didn’t get the hamburger he ordered with bacon and cheese, and the toppings were all incorrect. My dad, who is older and a bit forgetful, couldn’t find his receipt or wasn’t sure if he even got one. When I tried to resolve the issue with them, they showed no interest in helping him or addressing the mistake. The lack of care and customer service was incredibly disappointing.
