I have arrived to the store a little before 10:30. My order was already placed online. They was cleaning the store and close to closing early instead of 11. So once they start cooking my order my food was done in less than five minutes. I will say about 3 to 4 minutes tops. The burger was not cooked. It was only brown on the outside fully pink on the inside. The fries wasn’t even cooked. They were so soggy and very soft I would never recommend. Worst experience ever with five guys

I came so far out of my way to get an order of fries that I thought would be crisp and well shaken. The first order was all long fries, I sent them back. The second was like a ball of potatoes and incredibly oily. No thanks. The third were also very floppy. I wanted a refund, but because I paid with contactless pay, they would offer a gift card. Listen. No one can say the food or the friendliness isn’t awesome. But the team can’t keep up. I ordered online and had a 4:45 ETA for food. I didn’t leave the restaurant until 5:20. Y’all are awesome, truly!! But that wait 😬 But shout out to the leader/manager. He did a great job training while they worked, I was so impressed. Give him a raise!

If yall could do one thing at 5 guys please change your coke freestyle machine. We went in there tonight to just get a drink and none of the drinks from the machine were drinkable. They were flavorless. Even the ice had an oily texture left on my lips. I figured I could eat the ice but even had to throw that out and now I feel nauseous. please keep your drink machine up and running.
