Incredibly slow service. Food very mediocre at a premium price. The rudest counter person I have dealt with in recent memory. There is no upside here. This chain should have been out of business.
The app glitched and messed up the order, and the manager took care of it and fixed it in under five minutes. Corporate, please fix your app.
