40 minutes for 2 burgers and 1 lg fry is unacceptable. And no I dont want $10 to use on my next order. I want a meal that doesnt take 40 minutes to make.

Went here about 35 minutes before they closed we got 2 burgers, 2 shakes, one fry..$50. Expect to pay that for. GOOD burger; this was horrible quality!! Everything. The employees arguing back and forth over who was going to make our shakes while we are standing there. We had our food, waited a few mins all because the girl that was supposed to make our shakes while “always” is in the bathroom? The burgers were dry, the shakes were just milk and a pinch of flavor..

I’m usually a fan of Five Guys — the food is good, burgers are tasty, and while it’s a little pricey for fast food, it’s normally worth it. That said, this particular location was pretty frustrating, especially as a DoorDasher. The staff seemed very disorganized and worked at a really relaxed, slow pace, even though there were a lot of orders. When I arrived, I was told the order would be ready in about four minutes. Sad experience... I used to be a fan of Five Guys, but something changed: I order a double cheese burger and the bun was ice cold, a shame! The attendat was a very nice man, no complains about him. The fountain was not calibrated or something coz the soda flavor was terrible, like medicine. The taste was different to the common brand. Nice music.
