Poor low class service.
Im not sure maybe it’s part of there training to pick up put you on hold for 15 mins then hang out on you. At least tell the person on the phone to come in or place an order online . Horrible customer service the have done it to me 3 times . I called back the 3 rd time just to see if they would do it again
We accidentally ordered from this location instead of the location in Athens, Ga. Employee Khalen was extremely rude and aggressive with my husband and I and told us basically he could not help us and offered no solution until I called back. Khalen then proceeded to tell me his District Manger has to do it and he has no idea if or when it will be refunded. The conversation left me anxious & upset. I will never come to this location ever.
