I am beyond angry about the experience I had with Five Guys today. I ordered two hamburgers online — one regular and one bacon. They sent both with bacon. My husband is allergic to bacon, and he had already taken a bite before realizing it and had to spit it out immediately. At first I thought maybe I made the mistake, but when I checked the receipt on the bag it clearly says one bacon burger and one regular hamburger. So the restaurant messed up the order. Absolutely the worst service ever. Turning off their online orders whenever there is a promotion going on. I called them and asked whether their BOGO promo is happening at their location and they told me “yes” so I asked if I had to order online or in store also worked. They proceeded and told me “yeah I guess in store also works.” It’s funny how someone who works there doesn’t even know what to do, absolutely no knowledge on what their work space.
