This was my first and last time at Five Guys. We’ve never had it because we know how expensive it is, but some families on our baseball team were going there so we decided to try it out. Every single person we were there with order was wrong. One of our moms took hers back, at the same time I took mine back. She got her new one, wrong again. I came in today and I was greeted quickly by the manager at the register and he gave excellent instructions and did an amazing job explaining the menu he seemed very happy to take my order he was genuine and handed me my order number and told me his name was Andrew and he was the manager on duty the way he interacted with customers and his crew made my day 😁
