They closed an hour early (9pm), locked the doors, but kept accepting online orders and left the open signs on. I paid $15 for 2 milkshakes that I never received, and all 6 employees ignored me when I tapped on the door. They just kept cleaning up. Multiple people attempted to get their attention. Never received my order and it got marked as "complete" on the app 20min later as I was driving home!
