Rude employees. There was a mix up at the register and I didn't get what I asked for. When I told them about the mix up I was met with an appalling lack of customer service. Disappointed by the change at Five Guys Biddeford This location used to be one of my favorites. When Jacob was the manager, the service was fast, the energy was positive, and the staff actually seemed happy to be there. It had that reliable, welcoming vibe that made it worth coming back. Now?
