Whoever is the manager at this store should send a ghost customer in here at lunch to observe and make changes. This is the worst Five Guys I have ever been to and does not represent the wonderfull francise. My food sat on the shelve and my number was never called. Once I figured out it was on the shelf the food was cold. The condiments were empty and the store looked dirty. Plenty of other Five Guys to enjoy.
