Was in town with family stopped in burgers were cooked to perfection great taste. Fries tasted great not greasy at all.
Food was delicious as always, quick service and lovely people working there. Monceis had such good customer service and made the whole experience incredible.

The front lady was very rude. I went there to reload my gift card and she wasn't being helpful at all. None of the staff knows how to do it. I usually go to the store by Almaden and they can do it easily.
Staff were friendly and helpful. A couple of tables were a little dirty but nothing egregious. Food is exactly what you’d expect from a Five Guys. My only gripe is that it’s getting prohibitively expensive to eat here.
