For the fist time ever ordering a regular fry was no where near enough. I ordered fries well done and i got a tiny portion that was soggy and disappointing. It ruined my whole meal.

Absolute terrible service and location. Will never be coming back to Five Guys, much better places out there. I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes and didn’t get my online order today, it was like free for all with total chaos inside the store, because of BOGO offer. employees were struggling, no manager in sight and no one could even assist properly for even cancelling the online order, was just handed a receipt and told some gibberish about order being cancelled later. I spent 2 hours and 30 minutes still haven’t got my burger and I know it’s going to be nothing special but an over hyped burger spot. And the prices haha funny I rather buy a cow raise it and butcher it than pay these prices won’t come back 5 guys more like 5 hours to get your godamn food a burger takes like 10-25 minutes max but no they can seem to wrap there heads on how to make a burger I could’ve gone to Maryland and back I could’ve made close to $300 in this time.
