Great people, great service. It’s rare to meet people like these nowadays. They are big time champs! Owner, give them a raise!!
Corporate should source their fries from the ones that are being sold at Firehouse Subs. I realize the franchise owners don't have much control over the fries they are supplied with, but that's what ultimately draws people to these locations, especially since they overfill the fries (marketing). Both the fries and the burger bun I had were quite soggy. Steps can be taken to mitigate this, but they simply aren't doing it. Service and Vibe were great, though.
