I'm not much of a fan of Five Guys, but I was out-voted by the family when choosing lunch on our road trip. To my surprise I had an okay experience. This location offers quick, fresh service but could perhaps be a bit more mindful of conversations. Hearing a team member tell another team member not to label my order so we can "figure it out" put a little damper on my experience, but they accurately labeled our family's order and burgers anyway. i’m seldom in a town where there’s a five guys, but I was passing through Billings and there was one right by my hotel. this spot definitely lives up to the chains standard. Friendly service. My burger was perfectly cooked and excellent . My only complaint would be for a less mushy bun, but that’s a five guys thing. They gave me more fries than asked for which they are known to do, but they were delicious.
