It was five guys. Didn’t rock my world that day
Paid for extra cheese on my cheeseburger and they forgot to put it on. When I asked them to fix it, they gave me a cold slice of cheese in a tray. Insane
Had an online order a paid for a little cheeseburger and the sandwich was soaked in mustard and ketchup, had to be re made. Fries were cold...and now they have bags so you get half the fries than previous. For $18 for a small cheeseburger meal this was highly disappointing. Will never order pick up again.
Orders are completed correctly and fairly quickly. Service is good and the restaurant is clean.
