I am honestly super upset with the food and the service. My family and I order dinner from this place and the fries were super soggy and greasy we were extremely disgusted. We ordered a hot dog for my father in law and ordered it with green peppers, onions and other toppings that were not on the hot dog. I recently visited Five Guys during their buy-one-get-one promotion, and unfortunately, it was one of the most frustrating fast-food experiences I’ve had. To start, the restaurant was more crowded than usual, and many customers looked visibly unhappy. As much as they charge you for regular fries ($7.49) the lady at the fry station only gave me a little bag not even completely full and then gave me a little half scoop (probably about ten more fries) on top. Then when I asked her if that was a regular she got an attitude and said that’s a regular. I will definitely not be coming back to this location.
