I hate that I even have to make this review, but the manager at this location specifically (who was working this evening around 5:10 p.m) was pretty rude and dismissive in regards to an online order I placed last night that I was charged for and did NOT receive due to them running out of meat and not notifying us we wouldn’t be receiving our order. Waited 70 mins for food and then left before it came out because I could not stand another second inside the establishment. They were pumping out maybe an order every 5 mins and had dozens of people waiting an hour plus. I wondered if the employees even knew what planet they were on as they seemed to have no care in the world for the chaos they were causing inside the restaurant. Offering a promotion online then making online ordering disabled... just ruined our entire friday night... daughter was super excited to get to eat 5 guys and now having to change plans... she's super disappointed and this is the second time this has happened I will never step foot inside one of these establishments again... and I will recommend everyone I know not to support this business
Ordered at the counter at 5:15pm, received our food at 6:05. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not be back. Doesn't matter how tasty the food is. Get better service at a sit down restaurant for less money. Do better.
