This Five Guys delivered exactly what you'd expect from the chain's famous formula, great burgers and a mountain of fries. What made this particular visit stand out, however, was the exceptional customer service. The staff was friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. They truly elevated the standard Five Guys experience.
Got a cheeseburger a medium fries and a drink. It cost $20. The burger was so greasy soaked the bag made my hands feel terrible. The fries were mid. Kinda soggy probably from the oil. Its insane to pay that much for low quality slop. The guys working there were nice but not much better than any other place. Just go to the inn n out thats like 100 feet away in the same parking lot. The wait theres not that long.
Worst five guys I’ve been at. I don’t even get the fries anymore with how much they skimp out on. With how expensive this stuff is you would expect them to put some in the bag but nope only fill the cup and that’s it. As for the burgers, never get it right. Multiple times I’ve ordered cheeseburgers for the “premium” up charge. Doesn’t matter because they forget to add it. Add five guys to the list. The List: Burger Establishments That Should Be Ashamed Of Themselves In what world is a cheeseburger's cheese not melted? There really is no excuse. Ice cold cheese, the whitest unappealing bun-damaging lettuce, and a lukewarm patty. An overpriced waste of calories. I would have given 1 star, but my son, who lacks pallete sophistication, ate his cheeseburger faster than a recently tapped Naked and Afraid contestant.
