The foods was great was great but came around 4:30 on 8/23/26 and there was an employee think his name was Chris he was not friendly and it seem like he was having a bad day or something b/c he was very rude and I eat there at least once a week b/c i love the food but b/c of him i will not eat there if he is there
I normally LOVE Five Guys…I’ve been to several! While the staff was very nice and courteous the food was definitely lacking compared to what I’m used to from this chain. The fries were awful…I have always had that “fresh cut fries” experience with Five Guys. Today they were like yesterday’s fries dropped back in the grease, terrible. The burger was ok but again not what I’m used to for this chain. I feel like they cut some corners at this location and if we are paying $32 for burgers & fries they need to do better. These burgers are to snail for the price. Fries are still good. Can't come back because I feel robbed. I hate to see what the kids burger looks like.
