Today we had lunch at Five Guys Westlake Ohio and I made a mistake on my order and rather than the manager of the store being kind, he was extremely rude, which would ruin your whole vibe. After I spent $35 on two single hamburgers in a medium fry with two drinks. Abdelrahman was my server today Kind, pleasant and intelligent. He made my day and I hope this company with such DELICIOUS burgers raises him up to a senior position.
Came to Five Guys at Crocker Park and had a solid experience overall. The burger was flavorful and cooked well, and the fries were exactly what I came for—hot, crispy, and overflowing in the bag.
